At NEXORA, we are committed to delivering premium digital products that meet the highest standards of quality and value. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all sales are considered final upon purchase.
No Refunds Policy All products sold through NEXORA are digital in nature — including but not limited to eBooks, PDF guides, templates, systems, and digital bundles. Once a product has been delivered to your email or made accessible through your account, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed the product description in full prior to purchasing.
- You understand that digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
- You waive any right to a chargeback or dispute based on dissatisfaction with the content, provided the product was delivered as described.
Technical Delivery Issues If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased product (e.g., broken download link, file corruption, or non-delivery), you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase at info@nexorabolt.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve all verified technical issues promptly at no additional cost.
Duplicate Purchases In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product within the same transaction session, please contact us within 24 hours. Duplicate charge refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are the only exception to our no-refund policy.
Chargebacks & Disputes Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product is a violation of our Terms of Service. NEXORA reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with full transaction evidence and to permanently ban the associated account from future purchases.
